1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and o9 bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the o9 bet website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services collectively referred to as "the Platform".

By accessing the o9 bet platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of our service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

o9 bet operates as an offshore online gambling platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice and make no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in Bangladesh or any other territory.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and o9 bet.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on o9 bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. o9 bet strictly prohibits access by minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or as part of a business arrangement.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register maintained by o9 bet or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of o9 bet or any associated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

o9 bet reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame will result in account suspension and, where winnings are involved, potential forfeiture pending investigation.

We employ automated and manual age-verification procedures. Where a player's age cannot be confirmed, all deposits and wagers will be frozen until verification is satisfactorily completed. o9 bet accepts no liability for losses incurred by an unverified account holder prior to verification being completed.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the o9 bet platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, name, or address — are strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. o9 bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. We recommend enabling SMS two-factor authentication from your account security settings to add an additional layer of protection.

KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may ask you to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method ownership before processing withdrawals above a threshold amount. KYC requirements are a standard industry practice designed to protect players and prevent financial crime.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All monetary transactions on o9 bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of initiating a withdrawal request.

Accepted Payment Methods

o9 bet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time. Players are advised to check the cashier section of their account for the current list of supported methods.

Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your o9 bet account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the respective mobile financial service. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 2 business hours. o9 bet does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees which are beyond our control.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under standard conditions. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Bangladesh banking business day. o9 bet reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or fraud investigations.

• Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit.
• The account name on your payment method must match your o9 bet registered name.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed.
• o9 bet does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

o9 bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the o9 bet welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per household, device, and payment method. The specific qualifying deposit amount, match percentage, and wagering requirement are displayed on the promotion page at the time of claiming.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed in the promotion-specific terms.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is ৳500 per spin or round unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• o9 bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time for operational or compliance reasons.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. o9 bet reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where abuse is detected, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.

Forfeiting a Bonus

If you decide you do not wish to complete the wagering requirement attached to an active bonus, you may forfeit the bonus at any time via your account settings. Forfeiting a bonus removes the bonus balance and any associated winnings. Your real-money account balance will not be affected and can be withdrawn normally after the bonus is forfeited.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the o9 bet platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, scrape odds, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, errors, or technical malfunctions in the Platform software. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided. Players who discover an error are obligated to report it to support immediately.
• Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account to circumvent restrictions, bans, or verification requirements.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during the verification process.
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes as a mechanism to reclaim funds that were legitimately lost through wagering.

In addition to the above, you agree not to use the Platform in any way that could damage, disrupt, or overburden our servers, networks, or security systems. Denial-of-service attacks, credential stuffing, and other forms of malicious technical interference are strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

o9 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity theft, or unauthorised account access.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required time frame.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is on a self-exclusion list or has previously been banned from the Platform.
• Suspicious betting patterns that suggest abuse of promotional offers, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated exploitation.
• A valid legal request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they may have a gambling problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and promotional communications will be suspended. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, o9 bet, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, whether or not a technical fault was involved.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners.
• Interruptions, downtime, or data loss arising from technical faults, server maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Consequences arising from your failure to comply with the laws applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, o9 bet's total cumulative liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable offshore platform regulations. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the laws of the applicable offshore jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of o9 bet to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
